At AlwaysWonder, we want you to feel inspired by your wardrobe. If your purchase doesn't spark joy, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or any secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
